Health is a basic human right. Zara Initiative wants to ensure that everybody has access to basic health care. Especially those who are in need of some of the most essential medical services, but cannot afford the treatment.
Zara Initiatives Urgent Care Assistance Program focuses on individuals who are critically ill and don’t have any access to the required medical services or funding needed for their treatment. People who are enlisted in this program would most likely not survive if left untreated.
Good health is something that should not be taken for granted. Not everyone is lucky enough to have insurance and access to proper medical care. Unfortunately this is an ongoing process for a lot of people in Afghanistan, whom neither have the financial backing nor the medical expertise available to be treated.
